Upgrading Test

Yea, study leave again. Means another super bored period for me.

Been stayed at home for days with ntg to do but yet still can't really study. Tat's normal i guessed. And have sleeping problem again. Sigh...

I realized that i never really blog about my upgrading test. So, here's an update.

The last time, i went out from my house was for my Taekwondo Upgrading test. Which was held on last Sunday. Honestly, I was freaking nervous and scared. As i'm no longer Junior Belt level, so the test was tougher than before.

I need to do my own belt level pattern, called Toi Gye and a lower belt pattern, Choongun and another extra pattern which was randonly chose by the my examiner. It was Do san. I am relieved tat i managed to complete it, eventhough my 1st pattern was a bit shaky.

Then, I continue with my kickings. I need to do 3 difficult kickings, which include Flying Turning Kick, Reverse Turning Kick, and Flying Back Kick. OMG, all oso so hard ler. But I think I did my best. Despite my injuries. The "butt" problem. Kok An and Johnson, i am sure u both knew what i mean. Haha..

The next agenda, was One Step Sparring. Michelle was so lucky that she was chosen to be my partner. Haha. Mich, bangga or not ? =p

Rite after the One Step sparring, I have to do Self Defense. Poor Chui Woon was chosen to be my Penjahat. Haha.. Penjahat in the sense of the one who will need to pretend as the attacker. And I, as the victim needs to shows some techniques to protect myself. This is my 1st time being tested in this. Damn nervous man.

Here comes the Big event, Free Sparring! Woo Hoo!!! like wat Roti always said to me

After all the fights, I was told by the examiner to do breaking. My gosh! I was freaking scared. This is not in my syllabus actually. But, when i was told to do so. I have to do it.

So, that's it. I am officially a Red Belt Holder now. Which means I'm one step closer to my target, to get my Black Belt! Yay, I am almost there... Happy me!
